The ordered part arrived, but before the scheduled installation our refrigerator just stopped working. We cancelled the installation and followed their part return & refund process. We shipped the part via FedEx on Saturday and by Wednesday we credit appeared on our credit card. So, we only paid the Service Charge and applicable tax. First tech (Blake) did not show up on day, schedule, despite multiple confirmations sent by system. As I have a contract, I expect better service!!! I took a whole day off work and waited 9 hours!! Glenn, on the other hand is fabulous and is always prompt, courteous and efficient. When I was able to contact Glenn, he attempted to help me when other tech failed to show up and went out of his way to call & ask other tech to call me! I made an appointment to have my dishwasher repaired. They didn't show or call on the day of the appointment. After waiting on them for 12 hours I called them to see why they were not here and they said they were waiting on a part before the could do the service. after approximately 2 weeks a total of a month since the original call for service. I called to see when they were going to complete the job and was told the service had been canceled. after getting the run around they rescheduled the appointments for 3 weeks later. I had to spend multiple hours on the phone escalating the issue. I said that two months is ridiculous and that they need to overnight the part at their cost. since they canceled the service without communicating with me. They were able to get the part in a couple of days and schedule the appointment a week later. But now they keep sending me texts saying that I need to confirm the appointment by pressing one. I keep doing this but a day later they send me another text saying I have not confirmed my appointment. After not showing up or calling then canceling the appointment then trying to put me off another 30 days now they're playing some type of game saying I'm not confirming my appointment. I have had them out before and according to my wife, the technician Was rude to her. I will never use Sears service again. If I could give them negative stars, I would. read more
