After paying an initial $500 consultation fee and a retainer of $5k and then an initial $990 fee…read morefor paperwork work I can honestly say my divorce was settled but I would not recommend this individual to anyone of color or otherwise. Follow up is terrible. Makes promises to get back to you and never does. This was a total ripoff. If you're looking for a good lawyer, divorce attorney or otherwise I suggest you keep looking. Save your money for a lawyer that worth it and that follows up with the client.

After calling and having an initial consultation with Mitch, I sent the requested documentation…read morethat his office asked for. I then inquired as to when they would get back to me. Two weeks went by without a response. I called his office again and talked to their front desk personnel in which they verbalized that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. I did receive an email from a paralegal in which she was polite and conveyed accessibility via email. Again this was not the case. I emailed this individual three or four times and got ZERO replies. I then called their office again and talked to the woman at the front desk and what she stated was that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. It's been 4 weeks and this office has not returned my phone calls responded to my emails or reached out to consult me on my case. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to pay for the retainer because the office has not communicated such information to me. This office is unprofessional and irresponsible. ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH!!! This was my experience and is my opinion.

If there was a way to rate zero stars, for the way my family and I were handled during the time of…read moredeparture from the rental, I would have made that choice. Upon moving into the property there were several problems/concerns that we as a family lived with after voicing our concerns and getting partial to no feedback. There were gnat larvae and eggs in the waterline which caused the ice maker to shoot out dirty ice with frozen bug eggs. The fridge and freezer unit was old it leaked which caused us to have a mold problem (which endangered the health of our 3 year old who has a severe mold allergy) and on two occasions we lost out on groceries and food due the the inability of the freezer and fridge remain at appropriate temperature's. Repair men were sent out only to slap a bandaid on the problem when a new fridge was needed. There were scrapings, old TVs mounts and drawings all over the walls upon moving into the property. The floors were so sticky we had to call the landlord whose nephew revealed he used the wrong solution to clean the floors with. We spent about a week scrubbing scrum and dirt from appliances (fridge, freezer, sink, stove, washer and dryer). The stove and oven had grease crust and grime it was not cleaned at all. The pantry had molded vegetable stains on the racks which I had to bleach out. The fridge reaked of something spoiled and rotted and molded that would not go away even after I bleach cleaned it and I was advised to mask the smell with baking soda. We even had to clean out drawers in the master bathroom that had the previous tenants personal feminine hygiene products in drawers. We kept asking for the entrance to the gate that lead to the backyard to be fixed being that it was a heavy wood material and our 3 year old likes to play in the backyard yard out of fear that the gate could fall over on her and crush her (the gate was never fixed). We were not granted access to the full house because we were never given the access code to the security system after asking for the code in several occasions. After being provided the 90 day notice we were told that we had to financially provide for the full 90 days even if we left the property although the law of Delaware states that is illegal. For this we lost the opportunity to move into a place we were already approved for. When it was time to get the security deposit back we were charged almost a thousand dollars for a commercial cleaning. We left the property in a better position than we received it.
