He also seems to get annoyed when you ask questions that you should already have the answer to but don't because of the lack of communication and on top of it they have no clue what is going on with your case. I then called their office again and talked to the woman at the front desk and what she stated was that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. It's been 4 weeks and this office has not returned my phone calls responded to my emails or reached out to consult me on my case. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to pay for the retainer because the office has not communicated such information to me. This office is unprofessional and irresponsible. ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH!!! This was my experience and is my opinion.
