I emailed him that same day requesting clarity. When Brian called me on February 16th, the conversation made the situation even worse. He talked over me repeatedly, dismissed my questions, and relied on canned company talking points instead of addressing the inflated pricing. He spoke condescendingly about products from places like Lowe's and even made a backhanded remark implying I was "unaccustomed to their level of professionalism." The tone throughout the call was arrogant, defensive, and entirely unprofessional. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a pattern.
