I can't say enough about the improvement I made coming off a broken ankle injury. Bob was firm and focused on my improvement, but it was not torture! I SO wanted to be "as good as new" at the end of my sessions and I can say today that I am darn close to that. I might be able to gain a bit more strength on my own but I have full range of motion and can walk with a perfectly even gait, go up and down stairs like a pro, (catch a ball while standing on one foot!), and stand on my tip toes. Woo hoo! A big thanks to Bob! I saw many others making improvement with their various injuries and all seemed cheerful because Bob and Dan keep it positive. I was in a car accident with multiple injuries including a fractured neck and three limbs less than 5 years ago. I have been to a few different physical therapists in different settings, both as an inpatient and out patient and therefore feel I have reference for what I observed of my treatment. I was told I did not answer questions about my injuries the way he wanted me to. I was talked down to and with disrespect. Not only was I the patient, but older than all staff. The staff are very friendly, so I stayed far longer than I should have. What I wanted to work on was disregarded (walking down steps), and told my input of my difficulty with stairs was not needed, only his evaluation on going up and down one low riser because they did not have the equipment. My Orthopedist, who I just saw said he would gladly send a new script to any new provider I choose. Time to move on.

Her hands are extensions of her amazing combination of intuition and knowledge. I appreciate that by the time I leave a massage with her, she has dissolved my distress. Jesse has the capacity to be flexible and let's me 'zone out' and breath rather than being very chatty. I would say 'melting' is a good way to explain how she helps me help her let the volume of my muscle tension go.
