I find the staff to be attentive, helpful and accommodating. I've required a few complex transactions over the years and the counter staff have always done a great job helping me navigate the various steps and forms needed. Cash/coin orders are quickly delivered, and they offer safety deposit box services. Lots of parking and easy drive through lanes. As for the online services, they are sub par compared to other banks where I do business. I can set up automatic bill pay after a bit of a struggle, but that's about it. I've given up connection to Quicken as it routinely fails and have to go log into the PCSB site first, then come back, then wait a few hours more hoping for it to connect randomly. Loans/CD's/APR etc are also not very competitive, but I'm fine doing all that business elsewhere.
