The best person/therapist ever!!) and without it, as a person living and struggling with multiple sclerosis, I may be in a wheelchair instead of just a cane. I can't recommend Iron Health with 10+ stars or I would. Everything is flawless from the greeters, to the billing (they handle all insurance for you, as well as helping updates with scripts), to the therapists...and the locations! I haven't been to Peekskill, but the Ardsley and Briarcliff locations are beautiful, clean and have tons of machines to aid in all aspects of getting your body back in business. But once you go into the area of where the PT takes place it is much bigger. The physical therapist was a great and kind man. He really seemed to care about my problems and wanting to get me better. However, it was a very long wait cause he was the only one working so it did take a few hours for him to completely get done with me. He was switching back and forth in between patients. They do take insurance and if you do need to pay. They do take cash and credit cards. The parking is kind of weird. There is a parking lot behind the building but I assume you park in the visitors section and not the numbered parking spots. Or try to find street parking. Overall my experience was interesting but nothing bad. Except the wait time.

The staff were kind, respectful, and considerate when scheduling appointments and were always flexible when changes needed to be made. The therapists were also kind and respectful during therapy. They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I am excited to be going back next week for a pinched nerve that I know will be addressed with the best of therapy.

Parking , a concern of mine, is perfect - free, and right in front of the building. Dallin, my PT , is excellent. He gave me individual attention and encouragement. I enjoyed each therapy session and felt stronger and more confident. Each session Dallin added exercises that really helped me walk better but I never felt stressed. I thought it was odd when I was asked to remove my bra (for a leg massage?!) I got a back massage and some Chinese accupuncture on my back, apparently this helps to loosen quads (!!!!!). It didn't ... The second/ third time, I went to see a physio, I had 5-10 mins of pressure release in my calf then was put for 25 mins on a massage machine. I was given stretching exercises to go home with. My legs were getting worse not better, so I went to a different physio in new Rochelle's who confirmed I had been given the wrong diagnosis, the wrong parts of my body had been worked on and the exercises I had been given to do at home were making my issues worse (!!!). Steer clear of this place if you need sports injury support.

Because of additional issues including arthritis, acupuncture therapy has been added to my treatment. I feel I'm getting the best care available. At the end of a therapy session I am without pain, and this has been lasting longer with each session. The staff is compassionate and very skilled, and they know the names of every patient. There are two MDs on staff who can prescribe therapy and meds where needed. They also offer podcasts covering a variety of medical issues. The facilities are immaculate, and comfortable and make it easy to be there. Treatment rooms are private and sanitized after every patient. I am very comfortable going to Millennium, even to practicing at home because they make it feel easy. They are keeping me "young," and moving. Plus, she kept showing me her land and where she was going to retire, etc., and not focusing on anything For the exercise exercises most of the time, though I was waiting and waiting for her to come over to me after I had long finished all the exercises and waiting for the next exercise, but I was waiting on her mostly and also she was taking calls in between so I ended up waiting more than doing exercises and healing.
