When I called to inquire I received contradictory information and the last person chose to go a victim blaming route. They do not send you or email you a monthly or weekly bill. Be careful when getting physical therapy here because you will be surprised by a large bill that no one in the office cares or knows about. Apparently they are not trained about billing they only know how to schedule an appointment. When you speak to Scott at billing he jokes around and laughs because he thinks it's funny because obviously he get a lot of these calls.

They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I am excited to be going back next week for a pinched nerve that I know will be addressed with the best of therapy.

My problem was probably the result of an injury even the doctors couldn't fully identify. But Jim managed to zone in on my problem and get be back to where I could run again. Something I never thought would happen. He was patient, watched carefully to see what worked (and what didn't), gave me home exercises and loads of incentive.
