The next day the same women left me a message and quote said Brian has been trying to reach out to you and left a few messages! For the record I have all my in , out, and vm's logged on my phone. To me this this is a hard sell and don't lie, why? I called her ( I'll leave her name out of review) and told her this process of getting quotes from several contractors is hard enough and told her why were you a drama queen and lie about the number or reach outs?? There is no reason that this giant business that has near 5 star rating needs dirty tactics. ( what happened to hiring a good carpenter?) Now a days they have degrees from B.U. In architecture etc. Great, but the customer pays for their education. Peaks website wanted to hear from people so they can improve or correct any issue. Ok I've waited several days since I wrote to them, and haven't heard a peep! Why? Maybe their such a giant, they don't need my business? It was made worse when a dangerous type of mold was found once we got down to the studs. Nurzia was AMAZING! From CJ helping me navigate the horrible and confusing world of my insurance company, to Rob PM'ing the job beyond every expectation, to the team going above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced before, Nurzia was there and they were on top of it. The only thing worse than renovating is repairing/restoration, and if I ever (hopefully not) have to do one of them again, I would be thrilled to have Nurzia take the helm. The pool stayed unusably filthy for weeks and they kept returning to "service" it, charging me big bucks for each trip and all the chemicals, and no improvement, for a total of $1500. One couldnt even see the sides of the pool an inch below the waterline. Finally they said I need a new pump, and they would provide one for $3500, ($1000 more than any other company charges for it inc. installation. )When my property manager mentioned that the sand he had left a year ago for the filter, had not been used, and wouldnt it be wise to do this first, they said we should find someone else to change the filter. So I called in another company. They discovered that the backwash for the filter was broken, the lever so dirty that it was no longer useable, and surely had not been for a very long time. He said the degree of filth in the filter sand, and the lack of backwashing, meant that the pump could not possibly function properly. A new pump would have broken. He unplugged the pool return lines which Fishkill had overlooked, changed the sand they had overlooked, brought in a new lever for the backwash they had overlooked, and the existing pump is running as good as new. Finally the pool is sparkling clean. I made videos of everything as documentation. Glad to share them!
