When the time came to try on clothes, they were helpful getting me started with a room. The changing area is really spacious so your boyfriend has no excuse but to watch you try on clothes and provide opinions. This one also features a single arcade machine for more boyfriend distractions! There is a cafe here in the back and is one of the locations that have had it the longest.

If an article of clothing doesn't work out, the salesgirl offered to find other similar items that were comparable in style/price. GTA Aritzia defers to apathy. Overall, I cannot comment on whether or not this particular store has superior selection, but customer service was on-point! Lotsa fitting rooms WITH seating directly outside for your shopping buddies. They even have a coffee bar there - not sure if it was free, but there wasn't a price list posted. :)

When I showed an interest in some clothes I was asked I wanted to go to the fitting rooms to try on the clothes I had selected. My husband has a disability and was on his scooter. He was made to feel welcome as well and was invited to wait in the dressing room area for his comfort. The sales people who helped us were amazing and so helpful. Mary was so helpful in gathering together out fits for me to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. She was honest in her appraisal of what I tried on which helped me make my decision. Another sales person was helpful as well but I failed to get her name. I was so happy with my experience that I immediately agreed to providing my profile so that I could receive your newsletter and future promotions. I will definitely return to shop at Chicos. Less that 2 minutes after I walked into the store and started to browse, without even saying hello or anything, one of the staff came up to me and commented on how they don't have a big enough size for me so I should just not even look at the dress I had in front of me. She then continued to follow me around the store and kept commenting how i'll need a bigger size and she can try to look in the back - without me even asking or suggesting it. Another staff then would not stop harassing me about trying on a specific dress she liked. I repeatedly said no thanks and tried to explain I didn't like the dress but she kept on interrupting me and literally begged me to try on the dress "for her". It was extremely uncomfortable. These staff are fatphobic. Unless you want to get fat shamed, I highly suggest never shopping at this store. Extremely disapointing and upsetting experience. I will definitely never enter that store again and I encourage others to be careful. Not sure who the 2 staff were but whoever was working on Thursday, August 17th, 2023 in the evening - watch out for them.

It's also in a great location right downtown, so you can stop in on your way down to, or back from, the lake. I stop by Joelle's every time I visit my parents in Burlington in summer.
