I visited Hudson Hardware for the first time yesterday. What a great store with a wide variety of hardware and home and garden needs. Before entering the store I stopped and viewed the perennials on the tony sidewalk and picked up 2 inning plants. They were in great shape and had very nice blooms on them. While inside the store it was easy to find any hardware related items. There was plenty of friendly help, the lighting was good and they even had live chicks for sale. I really enjoy the staff here, I drive from Holly Ridge to get what I need for my horse. I much rather buy from a local then a big box retailer and know the people I'm talking to know what they're talking about. Every time I go in this store they have someone ask me what I need, they always have what I need. One one the gentleman there said if he didn't have it he would order it.
