My husband and I called Daniel together to inquire. Almost immediately, Daniel's tone changed when my husband brought up divorce. I had a bad feeling about him, but given the limited resources in the area, we did not have a choice. He asked us to email him the information, which my husband did and cc's me on the email. Daniel would not reply all to emails. I had to ask him to do so. Following the appraisal, Daniel sent the report only to my husband. Not only was the report full of errors, Daniel did not include me as a client or an intended user. I engaged Daniel in email correspondence where he alleged that his reporting regulations limit who he can list as a client because my husband did not sign his email with my name included. Daniel refused to change the document until my husband gave him permission. Even after that, Daniel did not list me as a client, just an intended user. Daniel then had the audacity to ask me if I was paying the bill with my husband. A google search, which I wish I did before hand, showed other women on Yelp complaining about the treatment they received from Daniel. He is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in quite some time. He emits bias towards women from the onset and his misogynist behavior continued throughout the contact. I should have trusted my gut and found someone else to complete the appraisal. I asked Daniel to provide the guideline that would require him to consider a client whomever signs their name in a signature line of an email and as of this writing, he has not provided it. Daniel needs some training on leaving his personal biases at the door when he is conducting business.
