My call was returned less than an hour later. 20 minutes after that the tech called me because he was waiting on an electrician at an address in my subdivision. 30 minutes later I arrived at my house and he was waiting for me. He diagnosed the problem quickly and after running to the other side of town to get the correct part my furnace was running an hour later. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. The icing on the cake, the bill was less than I had anticipated. I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.

John oversold us a dehumidifier but did not leave the accessories that were in the box. Not even a call or text. Even after that I have called repeatedly and left messages, still trying to get them out. They never answer the phone, only answer is from an AI Bot which is annoying, and they don't return calls. So I guess I give up after bending over backwards to try to hire them. I guess they don't need work nor value customers, or even referrals from customers. Baffling really, but my recommendation is to avoid companies that behave like this.

Why say its $145 to come out if its minimum $300 no matter if they leave in 5 mins. Why not say…read more$300 for the 1st hour and then whatever your rate is after that 1st hour? I complained and they dropped to $255 but still not upfront in my eyes. They said the $255 was the price had it not been after hours. intitially I asked how much to come out and take a look. Was told $145 since it was after hours which is fair. Then the bill was over $300 for 5 mins of work. No parts were replaced or anything just a flipped switch. most companies that simple of a thing would have been included in the $145 service charge. If they would have spent half an hour putting a new valve on or something the 1hour labor charge would have been justifiably. They are nice on the phone and nice when they show up but when it comes to the bill I hope people can learn from this.
