Two technicians came, spent about 30 minutes, and charged $373.00. The drain is still not fully clear--water backs up from one side of the sink to the other, and I usually have to run the garbage disposal just to get it to go down. Today, I called to schedule service for a leaking washing machine hookup and to have the kitchen drain looked at again. Nathan informed me it would be $350 just for the service call, before any work was even done. This amount for an appointment is exorbitant and disappointing, especially for a returning customer. Between the steep service call fees, the price increases from May to November, and the unsatisfactory work, I can only conclude that this company is price gouging. I would not recommend them and will never use their services again.
