I literally cannot believe this company's insane reply to my review. He texted me on March 22nd…read moreasking me to confirm the appointment for March 23rd at 3:00 p.m, which I did. He then did not show up for the appointment, nor did he respond to any of my texts on the 23rd asking if he was still coming and what his ETA was. That's it. In no way did I cancel on him, that's a complete lie. I only found somebody days later on Task Rabbit, after he failed to show up or respond. He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

This is by far the best and most honest car service I've ever got (if you live in Dade you know how…read morehard it is to find real honest providers). Came in for a bent/scratched wheel and Frank was very kind, caring and easy to talk to. We had some minor communication issues on the service, but he was upfront and honest, correcting the error quickly. The service quality for my wheel ended up being absolutely superb and for a great price! I don't think I'll ever even try other places.
