I drove to Home Depot, explained what I needed, and within one minute I was walking out with my adapter. You would think that for small businesses they would try harder with customer service so they could compete with the big box stores.

I live out of town and didn't know that until I went to the house about six weeks later. When I realized the AC had been turned so low for so long, I checked the AC unit in the basement to find the ceiling pipe completely iced over and water coming out the bottom of the unit. That explained why the electricity bill was six times higher than normal. We had to hire a plumber to fix the AC. I thought Deep South should share some of the expense since the problem was their fault. I called them and explained the situation. The person who answered the phone said she would tell her boss and they would get back to me. I haven't heard from them since and don't expect to. The job cost me far more than the cost of the cleaning ($400). And they took no responsibility. Hence the one star. I'd say be cautious if you use them.

It wasn't until then that he admitted he did not visit the home. His "estimate" was also considerably more expensive than others that made the visit as promised. Most likely because Tuan Anh's estimate was made without any effort. Not an honest way to conduct business.
