I had them give me an estimate on building a retaining wall and concreting area around my pool. I spent about 45 mins with Bill, going over the job. I agreed on the price & said "_let's do it". Asked "what next "and was told next step was for his girlfriend to write up a contract. Turns out lady in the office lives with Bill. If &,when she's in the office she would write contract. I called the office 7-8 times, always leaving message. Never got a call back. This went on for weeks. I finally called Bills cell phone, where there was an outgoing message in his girlfriends voice saying ",please do not.leave a message on his cell phone, call the office instead. Well I knew by then it was hopeless and finally looked elsewhere for another company to do the job. So I lost several weeks of construction. They could have had decency and professionalism to just say they couldn't or didn't want the job. Murphy is a small town so they probably have the market cornered, however, if they are unreachable , it's a mystery as to how they still are in business. I give Cherokee pools zero stars.
