This is the most unprofessional organization that I have ever worked with. Last time they stalled me with excuses on a hot tub cover for weeks before I finally went in and they admitted losing the order. When the cover finally came in they brought it to my home use without installing it. My regular company was booked so I tried them again - no communication, and no show yet again!! My Caldera Spa was installed three weeks ago today. There are a couple of issues with it that need to be addressed. When I called North Georgia Spas to ask for help, I was told I would get a call back. Instead, I received an email two days later instructing me to call Caldera directly. This is difficult as Caldera's website says to call the company that sold and installed the spa. So, I am caught between North Georgia Spas (Blue Ridge Georgia) and Caldera, and I am not sure where to go from here. I am waiting now to get a response from Caldera directly. North Georgia Spas was great to work with while purchasing the spa (total installed price $23,000) but no help after the sale. I would rate my experience as less than zero, but a 1 is as low as I can rate them. read more

Wow, Matthew and his crew were AMAZING! I needed a hottub for my rental cabin, and they came through. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and had it done on the scheduled day. And it was a tough install, being on the back porch on a steep mountain, but they managed! I highly recommend them! read more

Do not purchase a hot tub from this company. I made the mistake of buying an Artesian Elite from them because I wanted to support a local business. Biggest mistake I have ever made. The hot tub is barely over a year old and has had the control panel completely burn out and melt. Their repairman as well as the owner, Matthew Carroll, both acknowledge that it is under warranty but that's as far as the situation has gotten. This happened in November of 2023 and there has been no resolution to the issue. Now I own an expensive hot tub that doesn't work. No one takes the time or the initiative to follow up with me or to reach out concerning any possible fixes. If this is the what they consider, and I quote from their website, "superior customer service", then buyer beware. read more

I purchase a new cover for my hot tub at North Georgia Spas. It supposedly had a two year warranty. When the lining of the covered failed, I was advised to replace it. North Georgia Spa said it failed because the chemicals weren't right, so therefore the warranty was void. The chemicals were maintained by a professional management company. I recommend avoiding this company completely. read more

Let me start by saying that until now I had nothing but good things to say about this company. I have been in the store several times and Angela and Brandy have always been super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, the service department has changed my opinion of the business. I called to schedule a service for our hot tub as our heater had recently stopped working. I was told someone would call me back to schedule. That call never came. Several weeks later we received a bill for $75 stating that our heater was no good and that replacement parts were not available (our hot tub is quite old) and that we would need to buy a new tub. Being somewhat handy I figured I would get the model number of the tub and search the internet for the part and try to fix it myself. When I opened the door to the tub, I immediately noticed that the wires to the heater had arced and burned where they had previously been spliced. In other words, the heater was not getting power. I killed the power, re-spliced the wires, plugged it back in and, what do you know, the heater worked! Surely a professional should have seen the issue and done the same. I called the store and was told that they would investigate and call me back that day or the next. Well, that was a month ago and I'm still waiting on that call. Seems very shady that a company that sells hot tubs would advise a customer that they need a new tub when they, in fact, do not. I'm out 75 bucks, but at least I didn't have to shell out $6000 for a new tub. When the time comes to buy a new tub, I will surely take my business elsewhere. read more

I have used them for a heater replacement, got on their schedule in 1 day. The service guy was professional and efficient; I just dropped by the store to discuss a non related problem and met Angela. She is a pro, knows her hot tubs and is a delight to work with. Happy customer here, will continue to use them. read more

I had the same experience as some others. They start service and then they just disappear. Been trying to get my spa up and running since 2016. They replace one thing, which takes them months, only to have the spa be dead next time I come up. Called and have gone into the store several times and have been told they would be getting to me "soon". January 2, 2019 was last time they were out (said I needed a new main control panel for my dead spa). It's now May 16th and nothing. Calling them is usually futile as they never answer their phone. Going in is just as futile as they will just tell you one lie after the other. read more

Bought a spa & sauna here two years ago. Installation was quick and easy which surprised me because the sauna had to be lifted piece by piece into a loft. I've used their service several times and, while there is a wait because they are busy, the service has been good. read more
