Horrible security with horrible customer service, security took me and all my friends to the custody and they treated us like shit, they said they saw me on camera tarring the tag and did not buy it. They treated me like they got serial killer, the head #groschljan was horrible person , didn't know any English and was yelling everything in German, they kept us for 45 minutes asking question and forced me to sign the paper to confirm that I won't go yo Hugo buss for a year just. This store was the first of all the outlet stores in Metzingen. I have seen people travel here from half of Europe, but I am not sure you actually get that great a deal. Yes, you get very often great prices. But as far as I can tell, you never get the really good stuff. In fact I often suspected the merchandise to be from last season or before. But that can not really be true if you consider the high turnover. My recommendation: Go there if you are in the area, but do not travel to Metzingen just ot shop at Boss. read more

Well... Am not reviewing Hugo Boss... Actually am reviewing this enormous "outlet city " of Metzingen, Germany. This Hugo Boss is one giant outlet store in this outlet city. ** Is it an outlet store? An outlet center? No... Its an outlet city! ** Can you imagine a town turned into an outlet center.... Or an outlet center turned into a town?? This is a remarkable town,where all the outlet stores are big, with really good merchandise and great discounted prices, they are scattered all around this small town, which actually makes it an outlet city. If you want to go from one outlet store to another, you just walk between the town buildings and streets. The town is beautiful with all those large outlet stores, restaurants and every thing you need to shop at. This outlet city is so big and the outlet stores are really big, this could be the biggest outlet center in europe or maybe in the world. After all, its not an outlet center, nor an outlet store..... Its an outlet city, period. You need days to explore all the shops there, and you better have a big wallet to do that..
