Any other time, if you are not a regular, this place might not be for you. I've been here several times with mixed experiences. The last time I was there was a Thursday in the summer of 2024. My husband, brother and I were excited to find seats at the bar and order dinner. The bartender was a short blonde woman and there was a male bar back. The bartender did not acknowledge us for over 15 minutes. We were actively looking at the menu on our phones and talking about what we wanted to try and attempted to make eye contact with her as she walked by us with no luck. She didn't even say "I will be right with you", literally no interaction. She was very friendly with everyone else around us seeming to know exactly what they were drinking and happy to get it for them. We left as we felt very unwelcome there and ended up having excellent service down the street at Lukin's.

We found this little gem and holy toledo did we we strike gold. First of all, the hostess was super nice and greeted us right away even though she was clearly busy and hustling. We chose to sit outside at a picnic table to soak up the beautiful weather. The outside is fun with brightly painted picnic tables and murals on the building. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and offered great suggestions. She was great and we really enjoyed interacting with her. We started with rum punches which were made with freshly squeezed juice and they were out of this world. We shared the "everything" wings which were crispy and that sauce was delicious. We were tempted to lick the sauce off the plate. We refrained so we didn't get strange looks. I had the Kimchi Reuben which is made with house made kimchi I might add. My husband got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. We both opted for Poutine Fries for our sides. Guys, this food was unique and spectacular. I'm just bummed it's 3 hours from home! But I'll definitely make an effort to be back.

The "Burger of the Three Rings" was perfectly cooked temp wise (ordered medium) but the onion rings on top were the standard variety that were greasy and made the whole thing subpar. I opted for a $2 upgrade for sweet potato fries and they had cinnamon/sugar on top (unnecessary in my opinion as a side for a burger). They had standard pub fare that focused on either wraps, 3 burgers, 3 flatbreads, or fried food...not bad; just lacking options with any sort of complexity. I went around noon on a sat, and the server (Erin) was very friendly and attentive. I will go again next time I am in this area to hopefully up my opinion.

It can be uncomfortable to stop in a bar or restaurant as a single but the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Great selection of summer sours, and offer samples or flight before selecting a full pour. I ended up with Mage Hand Mango DragonFruit that is in fact a pink dragonfruit citrus and not to sour delight! The bartender refers to the owner/brewmaster as a "Mad Scientist"! Love it and the creativity of these blends of tropical fruits for summer creations. Ordered the Pepper Rings of Power served with warm Queso and Ranch for dipping. I've seen the fried pickles, they offer as well, but never peppers! Great snack for only $10 shareable spicy and delish! Really enjoyed the visit, conversation, and Pink Dragonfruit brew! Several singles and mall employees enjoying food and unique brews. The green brew with coconut was the talk of the bar!

The place wasn't really busy tonight around 5pmish, yet the food took about 40 mins to get to the table. Once our food arrived, we noticed the upgraded fries weren't caught by the waitress. The waitress did correct it but by that time, we were pretty much finished. The sizes of the burgers were on the smaller size and the fries came neatly measured in a metal cup, but not full. The fries were tasty. The lobster was in a bun and smaller than a normal lobster roll you may expect, especially for $40. i may have been okay with the sizes of the food if it had come out quicker, maybe it was just an off day. ?

We stopped here and were seated instantly at a very comfy and roomy booth. Our server was great as well, I don't remember her name but, truly she was on top of it. We ordered some drinks over the course of our meals as they have a plethora of drinks to try! Their flavor notes to describe their drinks were very helpful to figure out what you'd like and our server was very helpful with making sure we got what we wanted! Our food was amazing and the price for everything was relatively fair and I think affordable for two people to get the full experience! I left extremely happy and definitely coming back for another date night! As we wanted to be away from crowds, at the time it wasn't too busy, but I felt like even if it was, it still wouldn't have hindered the experience, and my boyfriend attested to this as well for all those shy folk!

For drinks they have a good selection of beers on tap, usually 10-20, from local and national breweries. The server offered me a sample before I fully committed on a beer I had a question about and I appreciated being able to try it before committing to a full glass. The Evergreen's menu itself is accessed through a QR code where their full list of options and specials are listed. My group opted to share the beer fries and they were taaaasty, pillowy soft, crunchy, and amazingly well seasoned. The vegetarian options are a regular part of the restaurant and the fried tofu I had was genuinely satisfying and well done. My cajun pasta was maybe a touch over but I was okay with it since it had my condiment obsession of chili crisp in it. The menu is well marked for dietary needs. A great thing of note is that they have women's, men's, AND an all-gender bathroom. I appreciate the inclusion in the food and restaurant itself. Car parking is street parking, it's accessible via the Centro bus system, and there is an artistic broken-chain shaoed bike rack just across the street from the restaurant. My group was happy with the prices and service for an early Wednesday dinner in a wintry March.

The whole thing seems set up for people who don't know much about beer and just want to try something at random. On top of that, the music was too loud and I left with a headache.
