They held my wife's ashes hostage saying that unless we paid them they would dump her ashes in an undisclosed location. They never let me see her before they cremated her.phone calls were only returned to demand money. This was a terrible way to run a business especially a funeral home. read more

Lynn advocated for us in order for the cremation to be done quickly so the kids could spread their fathers ashes be for they left the state. Charging someone to go back to see a loved one is not okay. Especially when the next of kin didn't get to even choose where the body went. Even without prepping the body y'all wouldn't let anyone back there without another fee. You refused to allow me to put my dad in the container i wanted to for ashes stating it wasn't large enough, that was beyond false. You made statements that where unnecessary to indirect family without even speaking to someone in private. read more

We came from out of town for a close relative's funeral. We noticed at the viewing that the flowers we'd ordered weren't there. Bob Matson, the funeral director, went out of his way to research what happened with our flowers. Turned out the place we ordered from totally dropped the ball and there was no order. Bob called a florist in town and within 30 minutes, the flowers we wanted were delivered. Aside from that, my husband and I felt that Bob was so professional and caring. It means so much when you are grieving to feel the compassion and caring from the staff of a funeral home when you know they see hundreds of grieving families and yet still that caring comes through. read more

Rude forgetful people they would not fill out paperwork for veterans flag I had to do all the work. Then they did not call to tell me it was in. they want you to pay then get reimbursed from the insurance and then they charge a fee to use a credit card. They also can't differentiate between gone till the end of the month and gone next month. They were so nice 6 years ago when my mom died but they were not helpful and at times down right rude this year when my dad passed. read more
