I made some calls from our home in California, and Jessica saved the day! She was so kind and helpful. She suggested that there is a program where his father's body could be sent up north for medical science. There would be no cost to my son. In fact, they would cremate him and provide death certificates at no cost. It was a little tricky with some red tape, but Jessica handled all the arrangements. I did drive from our California home to meet with her and my son. I can attest that the staff was so kind, and that is exactly what is needed during this difficult time. I just got a call that my son's father's cremains are ready. They will be shipped to the funeral home for my son to pick up.
