We called that afternoon and set up an appointment with Jeff Stucker Monday morning. When he got here on time, he was shocked with how big the crack was. It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. They were there early and worked thru the day and came back first thing Monday morning to finish it. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big. They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
