I took my truck in for a massive overhaul, and this family-owned team exceeded every expectation. Purchased this vehicle from a dog loving family who traveled every mile with their furry friends. Savannah busted her tail cleaning wads of hair in places I wouldn't have even imagined could have gotten. It literally smells and looks like a brand new vehicle, unrecognizable! I handed them what I thought was a "mental nightmare" of an audio project--installing a subwoofer, amplifier, and capacitor. They didn't just install it; they ran the wiring perfectly and tuned the audio so expertly it sounds like a studio on wheels. The highlight is the custom-fit plexiglass cover they built to protect the electrical components, fear was kids with drinks, which is not a concern anymore! It looks like a million bucks and has turned my setup into a total showpiece. Beyond the audio, they handled my window tint and large custom decals with precision. Tyler also did a phenomenal job on the full undercoating and skid plate installation, giving me total peace of mind for the road ahead. It's rare to find a shop that can handle heavy-duty protection, delicate electrical work, and high-end detailing all in one go. Unfortunately, with my car and the simple task that should have been completed, it wasn't done as expected, as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, some of the damage to the vehicle, which isn't particularly serious, is evident in the pictures. However, the two last pictures show that the side that was hit has the lights misaligned. Furthermore, there's a small drop of paint in the vehicle that they apparently missed. I didn't reach out to them again because I thought it was a waste of time, especially since they couldn't get the job right the first time. Why should I have to give them another chance to make it worse? This really has me frustrated because the person who worked on my vehicle is in Texas, and I don't have the time or money to send them there or pay them right now. I was trying to find a trusted body shop nearby, but I made a mistake.. And I don't know how much it was. It was an insurance claim since another vehicle hit my vehicle.

I still use them because they don't repair things that aren't broken. Sometimes they're able to patch something instead of making me buy a new one. At the end of the day, I don't feel taken advantage of which is a big deal when choosing a mechanic.
