I needed tires installed, an alignment, rear brakes & rotors, and an oil change. The New Garage invited me to bring in my car that day so they could take a look and show me exactly what I needed - and didn't need. After doing so, they explained everything to me in great detail, answering my numerous questions, and even spoke to my dad (an auto enthusiast who, even at 39, I respect above everyone on all things car) on the phone. The mechanics fit me in the schedule immediately following delivery of my VW's new shoes from Tire Rack and had the job completed in a matter of hours. These men were kind, reasonably priced (I called around to get multiple quotes), and very accommodating. I appreciated being treated respectfully and fairly & I highly recommend them!!! Called on a Saturday (Yes, they have Saturday service hours!) and found out I just needed to bring my keys in and it would take less than a half hour to fix. Drove up to the dealership on the same day, the service area is first entrance coming from Route 11. At the garage service desk they got my keys and went to do the fix. Chevrolet Cadillac has a lounge area to wait until the service is done with a huge TV. Chairs were rather comfortable and the fix was made well within a half hour. Overall, they got the job done efficiently and it was a good experience.

When you try to call them, you cannot get a hold of them because it goes to a call center. So I personally drove there with my wife. This was at 10:30 AM on Sunday, March 8. The car was still in the parking lot. She said it would be ready by 3:30. I showed up at 3:30. They never even got to it. I told her this was inexcusable because I had a 10 AM appointment for that day. Now, you would think if you have a 10 AM appointment, that means your vehicle should be in the garage sometime around 10 AM and they should not take any walk-in customers. But apparently that's what they do. My wife the vehicle to go to work. So we took it. I would never go back here.
