They do have more than one cost options and the intro class is free. I went with the 8 classes a month for now. It will set me back $160 a month but I don't think that is exorbitant for the workouts you get. You will pay that much for a good gym anyhow! The instructors are kind and helpful. They keep class size to 12 or less. They take into consideration any injuries or surgeries you may have had. They guide you every step of the way. I am so glad I did this and you will be, too!!

This class was different yet just as good. Description of Class: Warm/Hot Vinyasa Vinyasa flows will get your heart rate up and body moving. Students will experience the connection of movement & breath as they are guided through mindfully linked poses. This all levels class offers many options to help make it supportive or challenging depending on what your body needs. Warm Vinyasa is in a heated room of 85-92 degrees. Hot Vinyasa is in a heated room of 95-102 degrees. The room got crowded quickly. I would advise to come 20-30 minutes before class starts and reserving the class online. The class has Surya Namaskar series of yoga poses, also known as Sun Salutation Yoga Poses. It did get hot during the class. I loved that there was a water cooler to refill my water bottle. If you get dehydrated quickly like me, you might go through two bottles of water. The instructor was warm and easy to listen to during the class. I felt very comfortable and time flew. My favorite poses were Garland Pose (Malasana), Five-Pointed Star Pose (Utthita Tadasana), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), and Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana). As always my favorite pose is Corpse Pose or Shavasana. The fragrant cold hand towel during Shavasana at the end was very nice. Will come back to this yoga studio in the future.

He offers personal training as well. I have been taking the monday night belly dancing class (7pm) with Gwen, and the Wednesday night hot yoga class (6:30). Both are AMAZING. The price per class is $15, but the more you go the cheaper it gets. I really like this studio, I am trying to get the word out there so that Nino can build up his customer base and perhaps add new classes. He is talking about a salsa dance class starting up soon, and the Zumba classes have been added recently as well. Over all, the studio is well equipped, has a great environment with tons of friendly people and it is located downtown where all the good stuff in clarksville is. Give Nino a call for a tour of the studio, he's a great guy.

Nino was very motivating and allowed me to work at my pace yet pushed me to work a little harder. I felt really good when I left. I think anyone can do this work out and have excellent results in strength and fitness!
