My first alarm to this place should have been when they lied to me and said they contacted my insurance company, that my company denied my claim and they needed more documentation from my doctor. After calling my insurance company there was no record of contact or that a claim had been submitted. Despite that,I went ahead and scheduled here because they could get me in quickly. Wrong decision. While the MRI itself was fine, the facilities are filthy. Dead bugs throughout the building. Bugs crawling on the floor. It obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. 100% would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I recently had a MRI at Humble MRI & Diagnostic and I was very pleased. The personnel was friendly, professional, responsive to you needs. It was the quickest MRI I have ever had. It was for my neck and the positioning had my neck in pain, but I knew I had to be still so the MRI could do what it does. Only thing I would suggest is additional ear plugs as well as the ear pads they use. The building was clean, I also heard the MRI Technician cleaning the table and equipment when I left the room. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a MRI that live near the area. Also this MRI was $600.00 less than another place. Thank you, keep up the great work! read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. The air was out, it was so hot I couldn't do the MRI for my other foot. The room was very dirty, the ceiling had brown spots, the tile is broken into pieces when you walk in the MRI room. The MRI room was so filthy and hot. The waiting room chairs are filled with hair. My referring doctor should be ashamed of himself for referring me to this place for my MRI. The city inspector and OSHA needs to be contacted on this place. This can't be legal. Today I took my 90-year-old mother here for an MRI. The techs were Nanette and Stephanie. As soon as they saw my mother in the wheelchair, they asked if she would be able to have the test done. I asked that they please try as my taking her there from her senior care home was a lot of work and heavy-lifting. We are hoping to find a reason for the pain my mother has been experiencing on the top of her head. My mother is unable to walk. The three of us had to carry my mother into the MRI room and place her on the table. She was unable to lie with her head completely down on the table due to years of osteoporosis. Nanette and Stephanie tried massaging her neck to relieve the tightness, but we finally had to accept that my mother would not be able to have an MRI. They immediately contacted my mother's doctor and asked if they could do a CAT scan instead. This was done, once again with Nanette and Stephanie lifting my mother onto the table. So at least we managed to get one diagnostic test accomplished although it was not the originally-scheduled MRI. When we went to leave, Stephanie lifted my mother into my car for me; at that point, I was exhausted and could do no more lifting. I was so thankful to these two ladies; they went above and beyond what I would have expected. If not for their efforts, I would have had to reschedule and take my mother in on another day. On the drive back to my mother's senior care home, my mother commented on how friendly and reassuring Nanette and Stephanie had been to her.
