Steve was delicate with my cars and even placed one directly in a tight space in my garage. I will always use Humble towing. The best part is the positive and bright personality all the Humble Towing Employees held. Tim dispatching told me about his personal classic cars to Steve even taking a selfie with me after the job. Do not do business with these people they take advantage of senior citizens and lie. They took advantage of my 85 yr old father yesterday and he was forced to pay $220 to have his vehicle dropped after a fender bender and lied saying it was against humble pd policy to have his car towed to his home. They are greedy and only care about money not people. I spoke to someone at Humble PD and they said that is not a policy they've set up and that tow truck driver lied. Today around 2:30 there was a Humble Tow Truck heading south on 59 to an accident at the Little York exit. That driver had no care for the safety of the drivers on the road. Swerving in and out of traffic to be the 1st to respond. Not safe for anyone to be on the road when no care is giving for safety of other humans. Not very professional of the driver. read more

I was at the red light behind a Humble Towing Service truck. Once the light turned green he just set there. I blowed at him to go he just continue to set there. So, I went around him and call to report the vehicle to the company. The guy who took my call was very rude stated that was my problem not there's. He became very disrespectful to me. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! I had an awful experience using this company to help ship my vehicle to another state. While in their possession my car was completely ran through and everything was stolen. When I called to ask question about who had possession of my car keys the guy just responded with I told you so. Even made a joke about the fact that I put my dogs remains in the truck thinking it would be kept safe during the transport! The most unprofessional towing company i have ever came across!! After blocking fm 1960 near huffman tx on a flooded road trapping many vehicles on the flooded road risking many lives!! Talked to the people over the operations of pulling the already flooded 18wheeler out of the ditch! I was threatened by one of the employees/owner cause i was saying it wasnt worth risking so many lives over something that was already flooded! I called Humble Towing on a Sunday to pick up my car from a parking lot I had stalled in the night before. The dispatch told me a truck would be at my car's location by 11:45 am. The driver showed up a few minutes early and got right to work; he knew exactly what to do and loaded up my car in a matter of minutes. He towed it to a local repair shop they often work with and lowered my car into perfectly into an empty space in the parking lot. The charge was $75 on my credit card, a bit high for such a short tow, but the punctual and professional service was worth it. read more

Humble Towing towed my vehicle to their yard after I was in an auto accident. Within a couple hours of my truck arriving at their facility, I called them to let them know that I wanted to release my vehicle to my insurance company so that it could be towed to the collision center where the adjuster would inspect the vehicle. They told both me and my insurance companies a series of lies and tried to make us jump through a bunch of hoops so that they could hold onto my vehicle as long as possible and collect the storage fees from my insurance company. All in all, they held my vehicle (and held up the claims process) for 4 days -- which delayed my vehicle being inspected and repaired/replaced. It was a huge inconvenience to me, but they didn't care. This is an unethical business run by unethical people. read more

if I could give negative stars I would. unprofessional, idk how they're still in business with how many people they've probably conned. i called to have my car towed to they're location, upon arrival the mechanic Preston was instantly hostile, barely had a 2 minute conversation with this man about my car before he started ordering parts that I didn't ask him to do. I asked for a written estimate and he said "we don't do those here" instantly should've had my car taken somewhere else at that point. I told them I would call in the morning to let them know what I was going to do about my car since it was not drivable I went home figuring out my situation, contacted my insurance as a normal person would. apparently they were so inconvenienced that my insurance showed up taking pictures of my car that Preston called me pretty hostile at the fact I got my insurance involved (sketchy). anyways at this point my car was there for not even 24 hours and I called tell them another company was going to come and get my car that my insurance already paid the towing fees (even tho they lied and said they didn't and made me pay anyways) they proceeded to tell me I was NOT ALLOWED to release my car until I paid $633 in "diagnostic fees" IVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS FOOLERY BEFORE. I NEVER signed any papers or work orders or gave them consent to do ANYTHING to my car. I got cussed out by the mechanic Preston and the owner Matt teal and hung up on multiple times. they were holding my car for ransom at this point giving me no choice but to pay $633 in fees that don't exist. At the end of the day I had to have a DEPUTY come with me to help me get my car released which is sad. Based on all of these reviews I see being horrible shows they make their money off of scams. The tow truck driver didn't look like a felon, was funny and friendly, in a good mood, smiled a lot, and was really professional. They were fairly priced. I paid $65. Steve from Humble Towing was wonderful. The car ignition wouldn't turn over and we had arranged for a tow to have it checked out. Steve was able to get the car started. He determined that the steering wheel had a safety locking mechanism that had engaged and prevented the car from starting. For future reference, he explained how to disengage the safety lock. I just tried to call and get a tow truck to unlock my car so I could get my purse and medicine out of it because my keys were lost. First I was redirected to another phone number and the first lady hung up on me. The phone number she gave me to call responded with "I don't have anyone out, sorry. Have you tried Humble Towing?" After being late and wanting to charge an exorbitant price, tow truck driver got upset when he found out I had already gotten another tow. He became irrate and called the police. Officer even got tired of hearing the driver being petty and complaining and sent him on his way. read more

I will never call Humble Towing again for service because Terrance Iezama charged me $1,350 for one hour of service and the state of Texas did not take any action against him. All he did was lift my trailer a few times in Humble Texas where his service is located. read more
