After several calls to different towing companies who gave us ridiculous prices and very unprofessional customer service we finally called the right towing company, Kare Auto Tow. So grateful to the awesome service we received today by Alex and his driver. Driver was on time and very professional. It was unfortunate that the scratch impacted two panels of the car, and most places charge by panels. Sunrise tentatively quoted me ~$300, and it was finalized at pick up for ~$400 since they had inputted the numbers into the computer. A bit of an unexpected price bump, but I thought it was within reason. It took them about 3 business days - they are closed on weekends. The impacted area looked as good as new when I came to pick up. I think they even did a quick clean of the car's interior and exterior and thoughtfully added a paper floor mat on the driver's seat.

When we asked for a mananger with Power of Attorney to discuss, they claimed no one was there with POA, it was 6pm you know when we get off of work. Yep, to top if off the Service Manager lied to my face. Left there without our vehicle, nor a written proposal for resolution to the damage. Next steps, a damage claim on our comprehensive coverage. Sadly, this is what "the Sewell difference" has become in 2026...

The other two estimates I received from competing shops were higher (almost twice as much) and required replacement of more parts. Richard acknowledged the possibility that if he can't repair it, he'll have to replace it and that'll cost more, but I went with him because he was willing to try and repair it. It took a little less than a week to fix and my car looks as good as new!! I am very happy with the results and the service! It's never fun when you wreck your car, but Richard made the whole process of getting my car fixed pleasant!
