Darlene was my therapist and she was amazing. I learned proper stretching techniques and much more. On the 4th appointment watching and coaching me, Darlene asked me to lie down on my stomach. Quickly, she determined I had sciatica, L4/L5. Exercises were focused on the area and improvement was made. Since the pain would not disappear, an MRI was ordered and it was determined I had herniated discs, L4/L5. I experienced a set back in week 5-6 due to added issues from both lifelong scoliosis and past injuries which complicated my condition somewhat.
