the owner is refusing to fix a dangerous suspension knock after their technician heard it and is…read moretrying to force an insurance payout. They wanted my girlfriend to drive the vehicle until it got worse so he may properly diagnose it because he couldn't replicate it in the shop. We did a ride along and he clearly heard it told his manager and things got out of hand when I asked him to fix it and now they're trying to push it off to Honda under her insurance.
