A few companies responded. One company was booked until September while another company declined. A third company was able to show up the same day to measure and provide an estimate. MacVane Electrical was the fourth company to reply but was the quickest to provide an estimate after I texted pictures of the circuit boxes as well as an approximate distance. I was hesitant due to lack of online reviews. Phil (Sr.) quickly responded in the same evening with an estimate as well as a commitment to show up the next day to do the work. Phil (Jr) arrived the next day (Tuesday) as promised along with Ray, and both got the work done in about 2 hours. Both are super nice guys. Turns out Phil and his father started the company just 6 months ago, hence there are few to no reviews online. They are friendly, clean, and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. Phil Jr was so thorough that after he finished and left, he called the sauna company to verify the type of plug the sauna required. He then came back an hour or so later to replace the receptacle to the correct type. Jupiter did not response to follow up call to complete job. I called another electrical service who response within 24 hours and found that the two thermostat were blown since they were wired backwards. In addition only had to replace one heater. Jupiter Electric miss diagnosed the needed repairs to complete this job correctly. I would not use Jupiter Electric in the future and would not trust this business to do any wiring in my home or business. I am recommending that the Jupiter's license come under review since the business could be a hazard to the community.
