All we wanted to know is what the charges were for and why we were suddenly being charged for something that we were never charged for before. It's almost impossible to talk to a person. We tried online. We tried over the phone. The prompts either give you a programed response that has nothing to do with our question or when we actually got a live person from (apparently) a billing agency who had no idea what we were talking about. We have spent all day and 15 phone calls and we're unable to resolve anything.

I am a patient and a registered nurse I do not run to the doctors for a sniffle, and after suffering a state of lethargy for some time I thought it would be time to go in. OH SORRY, we're booked until next week. I asked about being seen the same day policy, "oh, well we're very busy go to an emergency room." An E.R. doesn't have my records, doesn't know me( a joke, they don't either), and all I want is an order for blood work. On top of that, there is much to be desired by the staff.
