Today's appointment is already running 45 minutes behind with no update from the front desk. They also didn't know why I was here, although the appointment was clearly set up as a follow up check from a prior one. Needless to say, this is my last appointment here and I would highly recommend against this place. The doctor is good, but staff bad and inability to keep even remotely to a scheduled appointment repeatedly with no update from the staff that is just horrible.

Lisa has gone above and beyond and helped me through a situation that I was dealing with. Then as if things couldn't get worse another problem popped up and she was right on top of dealing with it and made me feel so at ease and took care of things right away. Marge was just as great at my most recent visit. Even taking the last appointment of the day they never make you feel rushed and always made the experience great and always make you laugh and feel comfortable! These doctors and staff members are so great! I would definitely recommend.

He didn't go over any of my history to get to know me as a new patient. When I tried to ask him about certain issues I was having he seemed to only know how to answer with the response "you may have complications getting pregnant". That's great, but I'm not trying to get pregnant. I needed answers for other issues. So now I have to find time out of my schedule and see another Dr who will help me figure out what's going on. The woman at the front desk seemed to be bothered when I called and asked for directions. Being new to the area, I'm not familiar with any landmarks.

I find she has a pleasant demeanor, answers all my questions, and never seems rushed or too busy for me. If I don't understand something, she will explain it in more than one way. She seems to genuinely care about my health. *I always request Dr. Bredin only, I don't see anyone else, so I can't comment on the other Doctor or mid-wives, but I'll say this, if any doctor or nurse ever talked down to me in any office, you can believe I'd have something to say right back-before I walk out the door!! About the office staff, they're usually polite & courteous. I've never waited more than 20 minutes past my appt. time. One time a cna girl was on a personal call & ignored me but another girl noticed it and she helped me with what I needed. I'm sure every office has chatty employees, although their conversations should never be more important than the clients well-being or comfort, but, that said, I'm satisfied with Dr. Bredin. :)

I had been seeing Dr. Petitt and then Dr. Magid. I generally saw them in Galloway. They were excellent doctors all of those years!! Recently as medicine has shifted, we don't get to see doctors anymore. We see nurse practitioners. I'm OK with that as long as they give the same care and attention to tests and test results as the doctors once did. In my recent visit, I had a couple issues going on which required lab work and then ultrasound. After each test was done, which was probably a few weeks apart, I got no response and no explanation of my results. I called the office and they offered me a telehealth visit. I believe that once tests are done, the patient should be contacted. Patients are not the medically educated ones. If these practices cannot take the time to explain results to their patients, just a quick phone call or even an email, then we are left wondering. Maybe other OB/GYN practices do not do this. But this one does. I had to call for my first results. I never bothered calling for my second results. I have found a doctor elsewhere, recommended by friends.

My daughter's ears were unclogged in 15 minutes! My kids get the kinda earwax if you use a Qtip or any other devices it will only make it worse. Genetic from my hubby!
