Today's appointment is already running 45 minutes behind with no update from the front desk. They also didn't know why I was here, although the appointment was clearly set up as a follow up check from a prior one. Needless to say, this is my last appointment here and I would highly recommend against this place. The doctor is good, but staff bad and inability to keep even remotely to a scheduled appointment repeatedly with no update from the staff that is just horrible.

Lisa has gone above and beyond and helped me through a situation that I was dealing with. Then as if things couldn't get worse another problem popped up and she was right on top of dealing with it and made me feel so at ease and took care of things right away. Marge was just as great at my most recent visit. Even taking the last appointment of the day they never make you feel rushed and always made the experience great and always make you laugh and feel comfortable! These doctors and staff members are so great! I would definitely recommend.

He didn't go over any of my history to get to know me as a new patient. When I tried to ask him about certain issues I was having he seemed to only know how to answer with the response "you may have complications getting pregnant". That's great, but I'm not trying to get pregnant. I needed answers for other issues. So now I have to find time out of my schedule and see another Dr who will help me figure out what's going on. The woman at the front desk seemed to be bothered when I called and asked for directions. Being new to the area, I'm not familiar with any landmarks.

I had been seeing Dr. Petitt and then Dr. Magid. I generally saw them in Galloway. They were excellent doctors all of those years!! Recently as medicine has shifted, we don't get to see doctors anymore. We see nurse practitioners. I'm OK with that as long as they give the same care and attention to tests and test results as the doctors once did. In my recent visit, I had a couple issues going on which required lab work and then ultrasound. After each test was done, which was probably a few weeks apart, I got no response and no explanation of my results. I called the office and they offered me a telehealth visit. I believe that once tests are done, the patient should be contacted. Patients are not the medically educated ones. If these practices cannot take the time to explain results to their patients, just a quick phone call or even an email, then we are left wondering. Maybe other OB/GYN practices do not do this. But this one does. I had to call for my first results. I never bothered calling for my second results. I have found a doctor elsewhere, recommended by friends.

Every question I asked, she would answer with.."Im not sure..." She was extremely rough, so unprofessional, and couldnt give a crap with what my issue was. No wonder why she takes new patients... NO ONE WOULD GO BACK TO HER. It all started with the staff. Ignorant, gosspiy, loud mouthed snobs. Not only were they extremely rude, but the two girls at the front desk went on and on and on about their weekend, their boyfriends, their new diets... I just wanted to say SHUT UP! After waiting for an hour and a half, they brought me into a little filthy bathroom and asked me to urinate in a paper cup, write my name on it, and put it in the utility sink once I was finished. I was appalled, needless to say. I suppose I sound quite upset, but I have every right to. I went in there looking for some help, and all I got back were dirty looks, an unfriendly "doctor," and no answers to anything. I highly reccommend that if you are looking for a new gyno- go elsewhere. This place is a dump. There are other reviews about this place if you search it on google. I am not the only one. Good luck.

My daughter's ears were unclogged in 15 minutes! My kids get the kinda earwax if you use a Qtip or any other devices it will only make it worse. Genetic from my hubby!
