He answered and within a couple hours he came out and have me a quote. Do came out and we negotiated a price that beat the price of my previous quotes. Refinishing and 3 coats of polyurethane. We even negotiated a start date because he knew how anxious I was to get this done. Do text me a couple days before and let me know the time he would be arriving. He was on time and arrived with his crew. His crew was very polite and caring of my requests. He made me feel confident leaving him alone in my new house. Do kept me updated every day by texting me when he finished every step. He text me when each coat was completed and updated me on him plan for the next day. We stayed in contact during he entire process. Once completed I arrived and he gave me detailed instructions on my new floors. Every thing was clean and left in the same condition as I left it. I was getting desperate. . Someone in my building, a contractor, recommended this company. John asked for a video of the space to save time, instantly provided a very fair estimate, and said they could do it in a week. What!? So of course I said yes... then immediately got scared. My concerns were somewhat put to rest when I saw all these great reviews - but there were so many that I was skeptical that they could really be that good. I can now tell you YES they are THAT good! They did an outstanding job - we have sanded and refinished floors ourselves so we know all the expected glitches - which there were NONE- and the level of skill these guys have to have to do such a quality job. John and Sang (who did the work) also communicated beautifully- even texting to let me know when they were 5 minutes away. They left the space perfectly clean with no debris whatsoever.
