They worked with all of the food allergies present (peanut/treenut, gluten, dairy, and egg) with full confidence and options so everyone had a safe salad, meal, AND dessert! Anyone that has food allergies, or is close to someone that does, understands how amazing and comforting this is. Lisa answered all of our questions, and worked with our schedule to set up tastings (have I mentioned that the food was AWESOME?!). Deciding what our main courses were going to be was the most difficult part of or journey with them, simply because everything we tasted was wonderful. The room comfortably accommodated our 175 guests. The rental cost of the room included linens and a person to serve the cake. It was the best value in town! My siblings and I live out-of-town, and we did most of our dealings with Mike Reeh (the manager and chef) over the phone. He was a delight to work with and he was very professional (with over 30 years in the business). His manner is very casual--for example, no email and nothing is written down--but he followed through with every detail of our verbal contract. We did not have the opportunity to taste the food beforehand--cheese and crackers, hummus and pita chips, BBQ meatballs, cocktail sandwiches, fruit tray, veggie tray--but it was excellent. Many of our guests stated that the party and its setting were wonderful. We couldn't have been happier with the experience of planning and holding the party at the Arbor Village Clubhouse.

The dj we had was about an hour behind w the events had to tell her to hurry things along our photographer was leaving at 8:30. She did not play hardly any of the songs on the playlist and hardly any request that night. Had to tell her multiple times to pick up the beat and play better dancing songs. When people arent dancing for 3 or 4 think you would realize that on your own if your a dj. Also had them paid until 11:30 and Donnie the owner told us that if we wanted the extra half hour just to tell her and pay her in cash but when we asked her to play the extra half hour she lied to us and told us she had to meet Donnie at another job which Donnie told me was a lie he didnt need her to meet him when I called him after to complain about her. He was to talk to her and look at her playlist to see what she played that nite. Its been a month now and he still hasnt gotten back to me. It was a total waste of money and I would not use then again.
