Only the freshest ingredients and tastiest recipes that take Iowa food to a whole new level. Michael is a super talented and creative chef who can do anything your heart desires. We were originally hooked by the BLT and brats, but here we are doing a more upscale menu for our wedding surprising even ourselves! Put your absolute faith in him and your tastebuds will thank you. I reached out to Charles via email and got a timely response. He was upfront on cost-- how much was needed for a down payment and how much his minimum was. The entire planning process was painless. I had an event of about fifty people-- we had a two-hour serving window. Keepin Up With the Jones's food truck came about 90 minutes or so early to prep. The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something. Those are some LEGIT serving sizes but the food was THAT good.) If you want reasonably priced, yummy food-- hire Keepin Up With the Jones's for your next event!

We shared. We laughed. We enjoyed. The server, Erika (might be spelled wrong - sorry) was wonderful. Bella Sala has a fantastic outdoor waterfall terrace you can have your ceremony in front of, there is also an adorable bridal suite where the bride & bridesmaids can get ready! They have a Sampler (ribs, brisket, chicken, sides) which is a must-try, along with meals consisting of a sandwich of any of their meats along with sides, or tacos with any of their meats. Their cornbread is just right, not too dry or too oily, and the mac & cheese and smoked gouda potatoes are tasty as well. Keep an eye on their social media since they have specials from time to time posted there (hello, pulled pork nachos) as well as their location if they are using the food truck. I was worried after the loss of another bbq place recently in North Liberty and am so happy to have found T.C. Bonez this summer!
