Manager also blamed their system only notifies them 10 minutes before an online order is due. They said my order would take another hour but after I said I wanted to speak to the head manager about this it took only 20 minutes to complete my order. They also complained they had trouble with their chickens that day. As a first time customer their email response lacked sincerity and integrity and blamed everyone else including me for the issue. Very poor operational system & directing blame to the customer & their operational system. Its now been 2 weeks since they said a manager would contact me over this review.... No Contact yet... This store is not reliable when it comes to catering for large numbers...Would not trust them again... Be aware

Perfect on the way to the airport or anywhere along the M5!
