I went here a couple of weeks ago to put my babies on a layaway, I walked in and didn't get greeted. The second or first assistant I'm assuming didn't speak. I blew that off... so today I go back to pay on layaway and again she doesn't speak, mind you she spoke to every customer after me. This time I addressed her issue with the store manager who says she apologize a d that they get busy at times!!!!! Uh uh you can speak no matter what!!!!Ummm no mam!!!! Citi Trends don't play that!!!! Like I said I worked for this company and no matter what you're doing when you hear that door chime you look up and say welcome to Citi Trends!!!!!! Soul was at the front desk and Melinda was our certified fitter. Being properly fitted is very important especially when you have large breasts. The cost is $10 per fitting but it's free if you make a purchase on the same day. Be prepared to spend $40 to $80 for each bra. It's pricey l, but you get what you pay for and the bras come a variety of colors. I'll definitely recommend this Boutique for all your lingerie needs. It was the multiple selections for me.

This is a very small store and they do NOT have a wide range of sizes. Most of the bras were 34 -40…read moreband sizes, I found only a couple of bras with either a 32 or 30 band size. The one lady who I think is the owner was nice, but the two other ladies have no idea how to work in customer service. The one lady in particular at the front counter had a bad attitude and got all huffy when I asked if they had any bras in a 28 band. She told me to fill a card out with all this information without any explanation as to what the card was for. She seems to be the type of person that's always in a bad mood no matter what day it is.
