I called several places to see who could see her immediately and kept getting put on hold and turned down by everyone. This animal hospital let us bring her in immediately (30 mins away and we were making these calls from the car ready to go). Everyone there was so kind and informative on what they were going to do. We left for a few hours while they put her under anesthesia and gave her some stitches and a drainage tube. This dog is my favorite thing about life and I take her care more seriously than my own and I felt very safe leaving her with them to fix her up. Overall I had a great experience and I'm now planning on making this her regular vet since I just moved to Texas. Amazing service, amazing care, and amazing veterinarians. Thank you all so much.

Apparently they are so good at their job that when he came home we put it in ChatGPT and it immediately told us that he probably had conjunctivitis and what to get. Before, she was my grandmothers dog and every time she went in the car it meant either the vets or groomers. Now it means visiting family or the park. I didn't want to damage the progress I've made with her over the past 2 months. Shes been through a lot already with her previous owner passing and moving to a new house in a new town. Bella made things much easier. She called ahead, let me know the time of her arrival and of any possible delays. She was nice, easy to talk to, and understood our wants and needs. She set up shop in her cute little trailer right in front of my house and had patches in and out in an hour. This included a bath and a trim on her hair and nails. She managed to get those pesky hairs around Patches mouth, and trim her nails regardless of her extremely long quicks. She explained to me that the quicks would shorten over time with regular appointments and the use of her dremel, which is great news. The best part was that Patches wasn't stressed or panicked in any way and was able to go straight home and back to her daily life as a pampered baby. After a treat and a snack she is now taking her afternoon nap. We will definitely be using Bella Pooches for all of our grooming needs. Thank you!

He sits in the chair, rolls his eyes and is very condescending. My dog needed surgery which I was OK with. After the surgery, the assistant called me to say that, he prep-ed the wrong hip so they cut on the wrong one first. They had to stitch that hip up and then operate on the wrong one. I seriously question the competency of Dr. Gregg's assistant. If you deal with Dr. Gregg, you should be OK. They usually send the assistant in first so you will have to ask for Dr. Gregg.

This vet seeks to provide the necessary and quality care, he does not seek to do unnecessary procedures just to pad the bank account. I have used Dr Kimberlin on two occasions due to the superb service I received the first time. Good honest vets are hard to find.
