I went to this location about 5 years ago, I never had any problems with any other location or tax…read moreplace before until then! I walk in and my tax guy was incompetent and slow. I spent over 3 hours in the office with the guy trying to complete my taxes just for him to have me come back another day since they were closing. I had requested to have a different agent when I came back (I was young and thought once I started with them I had to finish with them) and she tried her best to fix everything he started. Even she was baffled by how badly he was botching my return and couldn't understand why he couldn't finish my return in less than an hour either since I'm single with 1 job and no dependents, I'm a pretty easy client according to her. Anyways, I hardly got anything back AND I had to pay an arm and a leg for the shitty service. Fast forward to this year, I get a letter and check in the mail from the IRS for that tax return year the issue happened, they looked into my refund and corrected the mistakes and ended up owing me a lot more than what I got with interest. That was the only good thing that came out of it was the IRS owing me more money but could u imagine if it was the other way around and I ended up owing them cuz my tax guy messed up? Now I'm definitely never going back! I've been using Turbo Tax since and going to stick with them, I get the most back, my stuff is processed right away, and it's easier/more convenient. ALSO ITS FREE! -Also as a dishonorable mention: H&R Block at this location constantly calls and harasses my phone every tax time. They never leave a voicemail, they just hang up and keep calling back right away. I had to block their number. They gave me extremely bad customer service to the point that I never want to come back and I've told them this on the phone last year/requested them not to call me anymore... I'd stay away from this location, just file your taxes yourself and if you have to go to a location, go to a different one. Trust me, it's not worth the stress and headache of having to worry if A TAX PROFESSIONAL messed up your return or not.
