I came to Dr. Daugherty's office last year to get seen for my varicose veins that I had noticed. I did not think as young as I am that I should be having them and wanted them gone. His staff was very kind and informative. They did an ultrasound on both of my legs and wanted to do one on my abdomen. I never thought that pain during intercourse was something they dealt with. I agreed to have the ultrasound done and it was then that Dr. Daugherty discovered my severely compressed left illiac vein. To make a long story short, lots of blood work was done, I now wear thigh high compression hose and I had surgery to have stent placed in that vein. This happened in November of 2015. After words, all of my symptoms went away. I have no lower back pain or leg pain. Thankfully the pain during intercourse has disappeared as well!!! I have recommended that several of my coworkers go see his office to see if their veins are compressed. Who knew this all could be fixed?! Very happy I chose to go to Dr. Daugherty to get this issue taken care of.

I was unable to bring my spouse as our toddler was acting up this morning and we had had a very bad morning. I was not only turned away for my appointment, but they still took $90 off of my credit card, for an appointment I didn't have (not for a lack of trying) while not explaining why exactly it is that they won't bill insurance. The office staff is nice, but this isn't the 1920's. If I can't bring my husband with me to my own doctor appointment, that shouldn't mean I'm forced to reschedule. His main complaint for being there was to see the Dr for a Severe sore throat, with congestion and coughing. 2nd COMPLAINT! Yes, he has insurance but he was asked for his credit card info too. ( Like What?) We know that his health insurance will pay for his care! Great he had his vitals and Point of Care tests done for COVID and Strep, that came back negative, 3rd COMPLAINT! when Vannie Nguyen APN ( Underneath Dr Matthew Browning) saw and somewhat as I considered to maybe treated him was as I put it as LACK LUSTER! this APN needs to be retrained, just because my spouse's POCT'S were negative, this APN didn't look into the back of his throat, nor listen to his complaints as he couldn't even speak because his throat was so inflamed. This APN only gave him a prescription of Benzonatate 200mg Capsules for coughing and no antibiotics! and sent him home. WTH!!!! Even Veterinarians do better! I myself a retired medical professional knows better how the health care industry is supposed to treat people!!! It starts at your front door first! then the triage are and then it goes back to the medical assistants and so forth to the Doctors and the Doctors are the first ones to be fully responsible for how their staff treat the patients and to be fully liable of their staff to misdiagnosed or mistreat the patients. This place should be turned into TOSHA and FSMB.

I spent several weeks with a Bladder bag, long-term pain and inability to do normal everyday life things due to this botched surgery. In 2021 , the bladder repair ruptured! I became extremely I'll very quickly and no one could figure out why at first. By the time someone had figured out what was going on , I was septic and my kidneys had began shutting down . After emergency life saving surgery at another hospital by a truly knowledgeable surgeon , I then spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital meanwhile missing Christmas with my children . Once I was able to go home, I was bedridden with a bladder bag for several weeks and then unable to do daily life activities for over 6 months . To this day , I am still greatly affected and undergoing treatment for the botched surgery performed by Dr. William McIntosh. Please do not use him for your treatment!!!

Dr. Bethi will care for you like no other. Dr. Bethi practices tough love. I am 55 years old and have my own various injuries, ailments. Dr. Bethi is one of the best doctors I have ever had. You lie to her, go in trying to get drugs. She see's right through you and even then will try to help but she will not aid your addiction. I have seen people come in and leave mad. People who are honest and need help with their pain love her. People looking for a fix hate her. I have seldom seen as much compassion for patients as I have seen with Dr. B.
