They also walked me through getting warranty work that a contractor was trying to get of doing, again, they were spot on. They knew every trick they were trying to pull to get out of doing it. The only time they actually came out to service my furnace, the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and found that the blower fan wasn't installed properly. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the service call. You don't find honest businesses like these guys very often.
