It starts with fresh bread dough... I mean really, really fresh... the lady brought out the flour and started making the dough, amazing! The dough is shaped into pizza-like circles and pan fried golden brown. While that's happening, they prepare and fry up two huge pork schnitzels. When everything is ready, they assemble this massive sandwich topped with their lesco sauce, cheese and sauerkraut. They have other toppings if you want a more traditional schnitzel sandwich. Either way... the sandwich is spectacular!!! Combine that with their fresh cut fries and you're all set! Fantastic and friendly service. Again everything is made fresh so it make take a little while to prepare your order, but the sandwich is worth the wait!

This pile of poop is so old and the crates are so full that they are filled with mold. It made me lose my apetitie to eat anything from the chip truck 20 feet away. These poor large sweet rabbits need rescuing. I was shocked and upset.

However, poutine isn't the only thing on the menu! There are burgers, sausages, deep fried pickles, onion rings, and other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. The truck itself is always kept clean, along with the area around it, and there's a picnic table near by that's rarely taken. The staff there are absolutely wonderful, and it was definitely their incredible service and personalities which inspired me to write this review in the first place! They are a very nice family with a great business and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
