The cheese was "cheese curd" - which I appreciated, but not as squeeky. However, $15.99 for this size/toppings is quite reasonable. Recommend to order the gravy on the side to enjoy the crunchy texture of each ingredient. Overall quality is slightly above the average, but when I am looking for "junk food sensation" rather than authentic true poutine's delicacy, then this place definitely satisfies my needs - actually perfectly served this time. My wife and I both ordered basic Philly cheesesteaks and poutine. We asked for the french fries in the poutine to be fried well done. We both had cheese on our Philly cheesesteaks and I loaded mine with hot peppers, pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomato. My wife did the same except no hot peppers. Both sandwiches, despite having flavourful toppings, tasted bland. The fries in the poutine were soggy, and the gravy,like the sandwich, was bland. My wife got a piece of meat that contained gristle. The price we paid for the two poutine and two sandwiches was $24. So, had we played full price it would've been $48 for a smallish sandwich and substandard poutine. Won't be going back.

Service was a self serve kiosk, however at handoff the guy is super easy going and friendly. Ordered the traditional, nothing fancy poutine, and was still wowed by it. Nice crisp fries and very good gravy. There was a hint of sweetness in it, which I want to say they put a dab of maple syrup in there recipe, but I'm not really sure! The cheese dog is worthy of the name, and the poutine will make Canada proud. They are very generous with the gravy, making this a tasty proposition. The signature dishes are the Rise to Fries dog and rose to fries poutine, both featuring their "secret sauce" and pickles. Both are great and preferred over the plain classics. The sauce has a nice herby flavor that works well with the sour taste of the pickles. It's really worth a try. Finally, the lady at the counter was warm, friendly, and energetic, like she actually wanted to work there, a rare phenomenon in this industry.
