They have very good sod at a quite reasonable price, and it is much better than the dried out or…read moremoldy rolls from box stores. The ladies who checked me out were very knowledgeable and helped a great deal. The guy who loaded the topsoil was even friendly, so this was an overall great experience. The sod I laid has settled and is doing well, after watering it enough, and I plan to use them again for the remaining portions, and this year's landscaping.

I have been looking for short leaf pines as well as Cherokee Chief dogwoods everywhere. My local…read morenursery had neither but could bring in the pines in November. They would be balled and burlap and unmanageable for one person to plant. I called Carson's and, indeed, they had the pines in 5 gal. pots that were 5-6 ft tall. They also had the pink dogwoods and agreed to hold the pines for me. Three days later I drove from Lake of the Ozarks to pick them up. From the time I entered the store the experience was fantastic. They knew who I was and a very knowledgeable young many showed me both of the things I was looking for (Luke). I ended up buying two pink dogwoods and seven pines. Luke loaded them in my truck with care. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the selection and vigor of plants that they carry is astounding. We were so excited to have found the perfect hanging baskets for our mom's for Mother's day and also found a few for myself! The service was great and everyone was so friendly! We were anxious to tell everyone what we had found there and encourage them to go there too! BUT, as we were leaving we apparently went out of the parking lot the wrong way (we were doing the same as the two cars before us) and a van with Waggoner's Nursery stickers on the side was waiting to turn in to the parking lot and the gentleman driving the van was very upset with my husband for apparently coming out of the parking lot the wrong way and proceeded to shake his head, throw his hands up in the air, point at us and who knows where else and shout things that we thankfully could not hear! Had we not been in a hurry my husband would have taken back all that we had just purchased! Sadly, the wonderful experience we had just had a few minutes earlier had turned into one that we will never be back for again! I'm sorry that this gentleman was unhappy about the way we were coming out of the parking lot of his business but as I said before this was our first visit and we had no clue that there was a certain way you were suppose to use! Honestly I was surprised that someone would act like that while driving a vehicle that is used to advertise their business! We give 4 stars for your beautiful flowers and 0 for your delivery driver! :(
