Signed up back in September 2025 to sell my parents house and belongings. It was supposed to be liquidated and sold in a timely manner. David did not maintain good contact with me during this process and I ended up going to another company to get the house and contents sold in February 2026. David Threatened to sue me if I did not pay a fee of $8500 to him and his company to break their contract which they did not uphold. Definitely do not recommend! read more

Matthew P, the "David something", you are referring to is me. My name is David Coutchie owner of Advantage Auction Team. The auction you attended, and are referring to was me doing charity work for the FFA annual auction. My wife purchased numerous items that day as well as telling me about items she was interested in purchasing while she was clerking and working at the sale. I did not receive any discounts and will never, I paid for the items like everyone else. At auctions where I get paid, If I wanted to do something dishonest, I would purchase items before the sale and the items would never be in the auction, run buyers up to a no sale number, but that has never happened and never will. I pride myself on being transparent with my customers and clients, and always will. I have raised over 5 million dollars for charity's, volunteer at over 15 organizations a year, work for attorneys, banks, courts, and numerous business's as well as the public. I am sorry you had a bad experience at an auction I was a part of. There were other auctioneers working as well, and I can tell you we purchased 10 different items with the most expensive being a tractor blade for $150 that will be used on our farm, and the 9 items my wife purchased. Every other auctioneer and ringman spent well over triple what I did, which is great because it was going to a good cause, and I am happy they helped support the FFA. read more

I went to an auction held by these guys. There weren t many people around and I bid on an item. But I didn t see anybody bidding. I hung around and found out the auctioneer David something had bought the item for himself. Very shady. read more
