He is always on top of his work, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner, which is a rare quality in apartment living. Additionally, I'm pleased to see positive changes happening within the property management. After nearly a year without an onsite manager, a new manager, Amanda, has taken over and is already making noticeable improvements. It's reassuring to see leadership stepping in to turn things around, bringing even more stability and care to the community. Having rented in the past--especially in the late 90s--I know how frustrating maintenance issues can be when they aren't handled properly. That hasn't been the case at Redwood, particularly here in Lebanon. It's refreshing to live in a place where maintenance concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

I once emailed her about a birds nest on my balcony that needed removed and maintenance came in not even 15 minutes later and got it out for me. I have been in 3 apartments in 4 years and this was the only apartment I renewed the lease on, the price is high, but the valet trash, work elevator, clean halls that don't smell of other people's cooking, the thick walls, nice looking kitchens and rooms, close to restaurants and fast responses to everything is so worth it. Whenever I see Olivia we end up spending time just talking about what's going on in our lives because she's genuinely interested and good hearted. The residents are also so friendly, from the apartments I've been in, nobody has wanted to talk to anyone, but here, everyone will say hi to you, some will even strike conversation and actively try to befriend you. We are renewing our lease…read more Maintenance has always been quick from helping us fix a connection with the washer and dryer, fixing our AC within an hour of it going out at 10pm on a weekend, to being completely accessible all times during the week. The tours and scheduled check ups on our room have been nothing but professional, and the rooms have always been clean on move in days. Walls are built very soundly. The neighbor below us has a dog that barks constantly, you can hear it outside when their door is open... no indication it's barking when I'm inside. I can't hear it. Pricing is fair and parking is ample. I have had zero issues with neighbors, and everyone is very respectful of your packages when they arrive from amazon, fedex, etc... The management will take care of you as long as you treat their property with respect, as one should expect. I have yet to have an unpleasant conversation with a neighbor or employee. It has been a great first home for my family.

I sure wish these roaches would have come within those thirty days, I would have SURELY left. I will be leaving when my lease is up in April. But again, I do not recommend moving here. Any place that cares about keeping the outside beautiful just to get you in the door more than upgrading appliances, answering work orders, and more importantly maintaining pest control is not a place I want to be.
