Once you start renting an apartment, it's hard to get out of that cycle. Renting a house would be a…read morebetter option if you get it. The management is matter of fact, frank and will impose rules and regulations that far exceed their domain. One example to this is how they wish to govern the school bus stop outside their property, and on public property. They issue rules for children, and they also forbid any parent to smoke in the area while they wait for their children. Again, it's a public sidewalk and the public school system has their own policy for children's safety while awaiting the bus. We initially had air conditioning issues when we moved in, and reported it. They said that because I had too many appliances in my kitchen, that it created too much heat for the AC to work properly. Even though we were just moving in and most everything wasn't plugged in. It wasn't until the following summer that they replaced the 30 year old unit that was functionally too small for this unit to begin with. But it was an ordeal proving that there was a problem with their equipment. There have been many other issues with maintenance issues and the staff ability to fix, or even their willingness. They also have a total disregard for the use of Handicapped parking signs, and will park there even when there's plenty of open parking elsewhere. Whereas, I understand the management's need to be straightforward and consistent, they overstep their boundaries when they impose rules that violates their residents rights. For example, there's a dress code here. One guy came outside to go to his vehicle while not wearing a shirt, he received a letter on the door. I once was playing Chuck Berry's classic "My Ding-a-ling" on my Bluetooth speaker, outside with my family, she told me that it was inappropriate and not allowed. Before I moved in, I had a full sized refrigerator and a full sized stand up freezer. I put them both in the kitchen, blocking the window, on the other side was the AC unit. But next to the window was the back door, which was unblocked. I was told that I couldn't have both because it blocked the egress, an exit. Even though the back door was clear, we couldn't block the window next to it, in case of fire. So in case of fire, instead of using the back door, we would have to use the window and make our way over the AC unit blocking it from the other side. And it was these two items, unplugged, that they said was the cause for our AC not working properly. In summary, they micromanage every little aspect, even going further than they shouldn't be legally allowed. They are unscrupulous *, and underhanded. If you have no other choice, this may be an option, but look first and do your due diligence. *Unscrupulous, I was placed on disability over 17 years ago due to bi-polar disease, but I kept on working and trying to be a productive member of society without trying to be a burden. A few years after the diagnosis, i sustained a severe traumatic injury, injuring my back and feet badly. Those doctors offered to submit the paperwork for disability, but since I was already on it, they added it onto my case. The doctor evaluates me yearly and signs me a prescription and grants me a parking placard. Walking and sitting both contribute to the daily pain I suffer. Anyway, I was standing on a chair decorating my front door for Christmas, and the maintenance guy took pictures of me doing so. He has threatened to report me to Social Security for fraud, during a heated exchange recently.

I've been a tenant at Hunters Run for the past 5 years and my experience on this property has been…read morenothing but wonderful. Last summer my AC wasn't working and maintenance was on it. There was a part that we had to wait on but Management was very accommodating and installed a window A/C unit until maintenance was able to fix my unit. It was a quick turnaround. The part arrived like in two days. I also had a leak in the ceiling in one of my daughter's bedroom. Ganeen or Carrie would call me and inform me on what was causing the leak and what needs to be done to fix the issue. Everything was completed within a reasonable time. I didn't have to keep complaining or harass management about fixing any work orders. I'm always told if I can think of anything else that needs fixing just let them know. I've read reviews where people would say Ganeen is mean and not nice. For people to complain about Ganeen being mean is ridiculous. Ganeen is doing her job in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the tenants. One time I went to the office to drop off my rent and I saw Ganeen passing out donuts and juice boxes to the kids at the bus stop which was located at the front of the office building. I thought that was a very kind gesture. She would address them as sweetie. I mean she's super nice. The only time I've seen Ganeen address the kids and in a respectful manner is when the kids are throwing rocks in the pool or destroying property. The problem that I see are the amount of unsupervised children playing around the property. Kids ranging from 4 to 12 years old playing in the parking lot, leaving their bikes and scooters in the middle of the road, children climbing on the dumpsters, climbing on top of people's cars and so forth. No parental supervision what so ever. Ganeen addresses the issue by sending out notices to ALL of the units reminding everyone of rules listed on our rental agreement (lease). As a resident I would be upset if Ganeen didn't do her job and address any issues in order to provide a safe and clean environment for all tenants. I've seen people complain about parking. Let me say this, I've called and complained against another tenant before in regards to parking spots. First of all, all tenants are made aware that we have 2 parking spots but they are not assigned. Which means the parking spot in front of our units are not our spots. It's just convenient that everyone parks in front of their unit. There is an area for guest parking. The reviews I read are in regards to these people who would have company and they take up residential parking and not park in the guest area. Don't let all the reviews fool you. I've complained against a neighbor because they took up 3 to 4 parking spots and I had to park in the guest parking area. I don't care if my neighbor parks in front of my unit because I'll just park in front of theirs, no worries. I always make sure when family and friends come over to visit that I respect my neighbors by having them park in the guest spot. I've made family move their cars because they were in the wrong spot. I expect the same respect in return. Lastly, the amount of people who leave complaints are the ones who are breaking the rules and were addressed regarding the issue. Basically they were caught. Neighbors talk so not hard to hear the gossip going around. Ganeen enforces the rules and I am thankful for that. I know my review was mostly about Ganeen. Carrie is super sweet as well. I just wanted to address the negative comments regarding Ganeen because I think it's unfair. And if you're going to leave a negative comment at least get the woman's name spelled right! Her name appears on all the notices we receive, geez!!! I highly recommend staying at Hunters Run, especially if you're not the problem. Follow the rules and they leave you alone, works for me and I have two kids, no issues! Don't be fooled by the reviews. Hunters Run is a great place. The units may be a little out dated for the cost but I've researched other apartment complexes and the cost is still lower by $300 to $600 dollars so I can't complain. I'll stay at Hunters Run for as long as I can. Unless Ganeen leaves and we get a crappy property manager. I've had that before at La Luz Apartments. And that's another story for another day.

Beautiful trees are right outside the windows. Spacious with lots of light. Very large deck. And it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. You could hear a pin drop at all times. The neighbors in this building are so nice and respectful. Yes rents are high but you won't find a better value anywhere in this area than this. Many units overlook the serene lake or rolling countryside. Four Bridges is super quiet, clean, and an all-around luxury to live in. Managed by Towne Properties, these folks make sure their residents are happy and well-cared for. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and keep the facilities looking sharp. I only wish Four Bridges was closer to Downtown. While we have other Towne Properties buildings in the area, nothing comes close to the joy that is Four Bridges. The hallways stink and are unkept, as is the laundry room. However, they keep the grounds company on site to ensure the landscape and outside view are beautiful, to draw you to live here. If you can afford to have the grounds keeper on speed dial, why not have pest control on speed dial? I have been here since 4/7, and within the last week, I'm starting to see roaches. I didn't grow up with them, and I am totally freaked out. They give you a 30-day grace period to let them know if you don't like the apartment. I sure wish these roaches would have come within those thirty days, I would have SURELY left. I will be leaving when my lease is up in April. But again, I do not recommend moving here. Any place that cares about keeping the outside beautiful just to get you in the door more than upgrading appliances, answering work orders, and more importantly maintaining pest control is not a place I want to be. Pests, especially roaches, are a health hazard!!!
