They showed me the part that was cracked and worn. I scheduled the service and although it did take longer than expected --Isaiah offered to give me a ride home. NOW that is service! This sweet young man was even a gentleman and waited to make sure I got in the house okay before driving away. He offered to come pick me up when it was ready. But that was not necessary.
