The process of working with a banker to do this was an absolute pain and took almost 40 minutes to complete. It seemed like they were more interested in trying to sell me as a client than to consider the reasons I was leaving and my mind was already made up. The process was aggravating and insulting. I was a Chase customer for a decade and for many years had good service. I have used this branch before and had few issues. I don't want to tell you not to use Chase, just make sure you know how each account can benefit you, how it can hurt you, what it is going to cost you, and how they differ.
